Welcome.

The man pictured above is none other than Ruben Brown. He played left guard for the Buffalo Bills from 1995-2003, and was at one point selected to eight consecutive Pro Bowls. Impressive, to say the least.

Ruben, however, also had a propensity for getting flagged for holding penalties. I'm not sure if that can be backed up by statistics or if it's just a figment of many Bills fans' imaginations, but it's out there. Even now, with his Bills days six years in the past, I still find myself uttering, "Holding, No. 79, on the offense" whenever a flag is thrown on Buffalo (it should be noted that these calls now usually go against Jason Peters).

Brown announced his retirement last month, but as of today, he will not be forgotten. This blog is the culmination of up to five years of mindless "Hey, let's start a blog" conversations between myself and our co-author, K-Gun. The only thing holding us back all these years was a name, but now thanks to the efforts of Mr. Ruben Brown, we have found it. Now we have no excuses.

Here you can find opinions, information, and useless ramblings from across the sporting world, though I have a feeling they will focus on the Buffalo Bills, Boston Red Sox, Toronto Blue Jays, and Syracuse University. Awesome and/or hilarious items of the non-sporting variety are also eligible to be posted.

Thanks for reading. Please check back often.
